Anyone who is interested in helping people with diabetes or interested in trying to prevent diabetes can be a part of the Fayette County Diabetes Coalition. Just email Fill out the form below and you will be added to our email distribution list and we will notify you of upcoming meetings and events.The Fayette County Diabetes Coalition meets every month on the second Tuesday of the month at 9 a.m. at the Health Department Annex, 805 Newtown Circle.
